I’ve noticed it to a point that just seeing one in moderate traffic puts me on guard in the same way that a 20 year old econobox or an any vintage Altima will.
Which is kind of weird, because I don’t necessarily associate 350/370s with bad drivers.

yup, some 350z as well but not at the same level

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Are you kidding me man? It’s almost exclusively driven by douchebros. Anytime I’m travelling the same direction as one, I keep a real safe distance. That and G35 coupe
s specifically
, not G35/
G
37 S
edans
so much as they’re generally less aggressive
from what I’ve seen

It is not just you. The G35/G37 is stereotypically driven by people you don't want to associate with.

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I very much have a stereotype that involves backwards baseball caps and vape pens when it comes to 350s, I just don’t immediately expect them to pass someone on the shoulder and then cut over three lanes like I do when I see a G coupe.

To be fair, it’s getting to the point that that includes everyone.

If you ever see one with Skyline GTR stickers on it, run it off the road and into a ditch for me. Just because.

I’ve posted this before but:
G37 S coupe at my office. I left them a note in case they didn’t know. They started parking up against a fence on the side of the lot instead of in the middle so people would be less likely to notice their tires.

Jesus.

Yep. The other three weren’t really any better. I stopped seeing it in the lot, and I hope it was because the person got a new car or left as opposed to them putting it into a barrier somewhere.

My hierarchy goes something like this, descending order of staying the fuck away from them:
Taxis
Unmarked work vans
Car share cars (car2go, modo, evo)
$15/hr semi drivers hauling containers to/from the port
M arked contractor trucks/vans
Bro trucks
G35/37 coupes
Shitboxes only bought by people who don’t know other cars exist
Cars with a 90% chance or higher of having an 80+ year old driving.
I know there’s more, but that’s all I can think of at the moment.

I was going to mention Bro trucks in my original post. Jesus Christ, the number of douches in Rams whose day I’d like to ruin.

Dodge has a target market that they’ve pretty much nailed down, and all it took was aggro styling and Sam Elliot

Hmm. I see a lot of "cool step moms" driving 350s. Seem to be popular with middle-aged well-off women around here. I don't really get the bad driver vibe from these in the same way I do the Gs

My best friend bought one after his beautiful teal civic hatch was rear-ended.
He totaled it 20 days later trying to drift a rainy off-ramp at night, intoxicated.

That’s the most G35 sentence ever written.

My mom likes them. I don’t think she’ll get one because she doesn’t believe in 2-door cars, but they’re on her post-Camry consideration list.

If she gets a convertible that's kind of like having 3 doors

Never ever seen anyone buy young males driving 350s/370s in my area. The cool step moms all drive G37 Coupes instead. I have seen one in the gym and one in the office.
